Silver Service Level--Deep
Cleaning
Our Silver Service Level includes a 5 step process with 3
applications of various cleaners and 2 rinse cycles in between. This entire process is a very thorough heavy duty degreasing and deep
cleaning of all tile and grout surfaces to remove years of stains, mildew,
discoloration and buildup. Our professional grade formulas cannot be purchased in stores and is recommended for
use by certified technicians.
The first tile and grout cleaning application is a highly
concentrated alkaline based cleaner
specially formulated to cut through grease, oil based dirt and many synthetic
finishes. After the solution is
sprayed on and allowed to soak for 3 -5 minutes, all tile and grout surfaces are
hand scrubbed, extracted and then rinsed with water to neutralize and remove
residue.
The second tile and grout cleaning
application is our industrial strength concentrated acid based cleaner. After this product is sprayed on to the tile and grout surfaces, it
immediately absorbs into the porous material and bubbles (like peroxide) to
bring mineral deposits and other hard to remove residues to the surface for
easier cleaning. After another hand
scrubbing, the second extraction and rinse cycle removes the rest.
Our third and final application is our
super-concentrated phosphate-free cleaner which is formulated for everyday use. This application completes the entire
cleaning process by removing any cleaning residues, neutralizing any odors and
the pleasant fragrance leaves a room smelling fresh and clean. Most of our clients have replaced their harsh cleaners with our
professional grade super concentrated cleaner. It smells better, cleans better and is safe for all grout and tile
surfaces.
Gold Service Level--Stain Sealer
Our Gold Service Level includes the deep tile and grout cleaning process of the Silver Level plus Stain Sealer. When we are finished your floor will look just like it did when it was newly installed. Any grout color you have can be perfectly matched and our penetrating color sealer allows you to maintain that brand new look for years to come.
The Gold Service Level is recommended for those who love their original grout color and want that uniform color restored and locked in for life. Also recommended for brand new tile installations because most tile installers do not seal the grout upon completion. If the grout is sealed upon installation, it’s usually a clear coat sealer designed to provide protection for up to one year but does not usually penetrate the porous surfaces.
Our one step sealer is color coordinated to match the existing grout color and penetrates below the porous surface so cleaners and wear will not easily damage the protective coating. Our color sealers come with a 3 year warranty against materials and workmanship. A Lifetime Warranty is also available with our professional semi-annual maintenance cleaning and inspection service.
Platinum Level Service--New Color
Our Platinum Service Level is for
those who wish to change the color of their grout to another color. We can change the color of grout to any color you choose (over 400
colors) and this new color will also lock in that brand new look for years to
come. Over 85% of our clients have
chosen a new color.
In the past most installer and
customers have chosen dark colored grout because of the fact that it hides dirt
and stains, but our new revolutionary process changes all that. Now that grout can be color
protected and guaranteed to easily wipe off any stains and spills, consumers are
loving the lighter, brighter colors. Lighter and brighter enhance the tile and
the room décor plus it also makes a room appear larger.
If dark is still your style that’s ok. We can go light to dark or dark to light, whichever you prefer. The Platinum Service Level includes the Silver Service Level plus 2 coats
of stain sealer to guarantee that all colors blend properly and to your
satisfaction.
Although a 3 year warranty is
provided, our professional color sealers usually last 5-10 years or more if
properly cared for. Our available
Lifetime Warranty (with semi-annual cleaning and inspection) includes a lifetime
of touchup and recolor if needed at no additional charge.
