The stain sealer will provide a uniform grout color and
when maintained correctly dirt will easily be removed from the stain sealed
surface. The protection will help
keep grout looking clean and new by repelling dirt and common household spills.
While stain sealer is a durable coating, use of harsh cleaners or
abrasives will diminish the life of the stain seal protection and void the
warranty. Use only Neutral PH tile and grout
cleaners on protected grout.
Following specified care and maintenance procedures may extend the life of the
protection.
Stain sealer provides the highest degree of stain
resistance. However, some things may
permanently discolor or damage the protection i.e. nail polish, waxes, dyes,
paint and other harsh chemicals. The stain seal protection coating must
stay dry for 7 days to cure properly. Sweep and spot clean tile and grout as needed, but no wet mopping. Any mopping prior to the 7 day cure time will void the stain seal
warranty. Heavy use areas may require periodic
touch up to maintain uniform color and protection.
The stain seal
warranty is made subject to the following conditions:
The tile and grout must be properly maintained.
The damage must not be a result of a natural disaster
or natural cause elements.
The tile and grout must not be maintained with harsh
chemicals or abrasives.
The stain sealer stayed dry for 7 days after
application.
The damage is not the result of unusually heavy use or
traffic.
The tile and grout must not be subjected to abusive
conditions or accidents such as, but not limited to, damage caused by
scratching or scuffing.
What we will do if there is a manufacturing defect or in the unlikely
event you have a claim that meets the above conditions:
We will repair the defect at no cost to you.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Sweep or vacuum to remove loose dirt and debris.
Mix 1 to 4 oz. of Neutral PH Maintenance Cleaner per
gallon of clean water.
Apply solution to area to be cleaned (10 feet square
area)
Allow cleaner to dwell for a couple of minutes.
Agitate cleaner with a string mop or soft bristle
brush to loosen dirt.
Mop up the dirty solution.
Rinse the area thoroughly with clean water.
Dry the excess water from grout joints with a terry
cloth towel.
Avoid steam cleaning, mopping with bleach, vinegar,
ammonia and other harsh cleaners. These methods and types of cleaners will diminish the life of the
stain sealer protection and void the warranty. We suggest using Tulsa Grout Restoration's “Maintain” to clean the
tile and grout. This Neutral PH cleaner will not damage the protection. Depending on how dirty the grout is change cleaning solution every
100 to 500 square feet.
